Ingredients for 4 pers.

1 package of Tortillas Ole Bio
8 slices of Gouda cheese or similar



Heat the tortillas Ole Bio to not break when bent. Put inside a slice of cheese and simmer, turning to make the cheese is melted. Serve with guacamole and salsa Mexicana Ole Bio..

Spring Rolls

Ingredients for 4 pers.

1 package of Tortillas Wrapy's

Butter and Red Pepper
Filling: 1/4 kg . Tofu
                1/4 kg. Cabbage cut into thin strips and small
                1/2 green pepper diced
                1/2 onion, diced
                1 clove garlic, minced

                Soy sauce and red pepper



Cook the tofu along with all the ingredients, ensuring that the vegetables are al dente or about. Heat Wrapy's tortillas in a skillet so they are soft and do not crack when rolled. Bake in center of tortilla slipped a spoonful of filling and closing the ends first and then roll the long sides on it. Take them to a preheated oven in a buttered bowl. Brush with melted butter and red pepper, and bake for 10 minutes or until crisp.

Salmon and Spinach Wraps

Ingredients for 4 pers.

1 package tortilla Wrapy's
3 cups stemmed spinach
1 packet of smoked salmon
1 pot of cream cheese
3 tablespoons mustard




Shred the cheese with a fork and cover Wrapy's tortilla with a layer of cheese. Place spinach leaves in the bottom width of the Tortilla Wrapy's. Add layers of smoked salmon.

Mix the mustard, lemon, salt and pepper to form a dressing, to accompany this preparation. Take the lowertip of the tortilla and begin to gently lift coils, when finished leave the edge of the tortilla down. Fold ends of tortilla sticking the ends of the roll inward. Roll. Cut in half diagonally and serve.

Seitan Soft Taco

Ingredients for 4 pers.

1 package of Tortillas Wrapy's 
450g Seitan
1 cup diced onion

1cup chopped lettuce
1 cup diced red Pimento, cut in small cubed
150 g grated Cheddar cheese (or another cheese)



Brown meat in skillet over medium high until done. Add the pimento, onion and season with salt and pepper and mix well. Place the mixture in the center of each tortilla Wrapy's. Add cheese and lettuce, and then fold tortilla in half Wrapy's.

Chicken Fajita

Ingredients for 4 pers.

1 pa`ckage of Tortillas Wrapy's
1 sachet of Wrapy's Mexican Sauce
1 cup cooking cream
1/2kg . Chicken breast cooked and shredded




Heat the tortillas Wrapy's to not break when bent. Fill with chicken and roll up. Once the oil is hot, place tacos and turn constantly until a crunchy texture.

Remove from skillet and drain oil plugs and cover them with Bio Wrapy's Mexican Sauce and cream. Serve with lettuce or cheese optional.
